Project Manager – Solar PV & EV Charging Infrastructure Location: Northern Italy (South Tyrol / Trentino-Alto Adige) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary : €60 K - €80 K + Benefits About We are supporting a leading provider of integrated energy solutions, helping businesses, installers, and property owners accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. Combining expertise in photovoltaics, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, they deliver innovative projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential sectors throughout Northern Italy. As their demand for renewable energy and e-mobility continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Solar PV and EV Charging projects from conception through commissioning. The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of photovoltaic and EV charging infrastructure projects across Northern Italy. Working closely with customers, installers, engineering teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders,
you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded and commercially aware professional who is passionate about renewable energy and e-mobility. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial and industrial Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure projects. Coordinate technical design reviews, permitting activities, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, contractors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with Italian electrical, grid connection, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
