Engine Mechanic Location: Europe Reports To: Engine Shop Production Manager Salary & Benefits Base salary: €55,000 Relocation package provided for the first two years Meal vouchers worth €10 per working day Health insurance On-site parking Quarterly performance premio based on achievement of objectives Annual salary review Role Summar y We are seeking an Engine Mechanic to support the maintenance, inspection, repair, assembly, and disassembly of commercial aircraft engines within an engine shop environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance .Key Responsibiliti es Perform engine disassembly and assembly using approved maintenance documentati on Inspect, repair, and replace engine components and modul es Support engine overhaul, repair, and production activiti es Follow OEM manuals, technical publications,



and work instructio ns Identify and report defects and technical findin gs Complete maintenance records accurate ly Comply with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedur es Support audits and continuous improvement activiti es Help achieve production targets and turnaround tim es Maintain a clean and safe work environme ntRequireme ntsEssen tial Minimum 2 years of aircraft engine maintenance experience after formal training or apprentice ship Hands-on experience working on CFM56 eng ines Experience in an engine shop, overhaul, repair, or production environ ment Good understanding of aviation maintenance procedures and technical documenta tion Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qua lityDesi rable Commercial engine MRO exper ience Experience with engine module repair and overhaul proc essesEligi bility Must have the legal right to live and work within the European Union Sponsorship is not ava ilable
