Position Overview The Importers Area Operational Manager (Importers Zone Manager) is responsible for the commercial results and operational support of the assigned Stellantis Importers within the Enlarged Europe perimeter. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, monitoring local action plans, executing troubleshooting activities to resolve operational needs, and ensuring compliance with regional commercial policies. Main Job Activities Commercial Planning & Forecasting Distribute sales targets, implement promotional campaigns, and collaborate with Sales Planning on market forecasting. Define and plan monthly/quarterly purchase sell-in orders with Importers, coordinating execution with the Supply Chain. Support Sales Allowance allocation and cost control in coherence with the defined budget. Business Development & Relationship Management Build professional, trust-based relationships with Importers' core teams (including P& S Teams and CEOs).
