Remote / Italy | Up to EUR 45,000 | Primavera P6 | MS Project | Engineering Project Planning Are you a Project Planner, Planning Engineer, Project Controls Specialist or Customer Service / Application Support professional with hands-on Primavera P6 experience? This is an opportunity to join a growing international software company providing advanced digital solutions to the marine, process, construction and engineering sectors. The business is well established globally, with customers across multiple countries, and is continuing to expand its Customer Success / Application Specialist team in Italy. We are looking for a Project Planner / Application Specialist to support customers in the implementation, configuration and effective use of project planning software integrated with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. This is a client-facing role combining project planning expertise, customer support, software implementation, training, product demonstrations and feedback to internal product teams.



It may suit candidates coming from planning roles or from customer service / technical support teams within engineering, construction, EPC, marine or process industry environments. What you will be doing
You will work closely with customers to understand their project planning needs, support implementation and configuration, and help clients use the software effectively across complex project environments. You will also act as a bridge between customers and internal product / development teams, translating real client needs into useful product feedback and improvements. · Supporting customers with implementation, configuration and use of project planning software. · Working with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in professional planning environments. · Helping customers manage schedules, project progress, weighting systems and schedule quality. · Providing client-facing support, training and product guidance. · Supporting product demonstrations and pre-sales activity al
