Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands‐on IT support to end users at Carrier's facility in Legnago, Italy.
The role involves providing Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support in a shopfloor environment.

- 3+ years of relevant IT/Onsite Support experience

- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
