The project involves the development and commissioning of advanced automated plant incorporating robotics and PLC-controlled machinery, with strong potential for ongoing work across subsequent plants. The role: Travel across Italy covering both development and commissioning phases Working with robotics and PLC-controlled machinery in an advanced manufacturing environment FAT and SAT across development and commissioning phases Essential requirements: 10+ years of PLC/controls engineering experience Strong hands-on Siemens TIA Portal programming skills Fluent Italian speaker Experience with FAT/SAT and machine commissioning Right to work in Italy Desirable skills: Profinet / S7 1500 Win CC or HMI development Safety PLC (TIA Safety / STEP 7 Safety) Robotics integration Package: Competitive day rate with travel and accommodation fully covered Start date: Early August Strong potential for ongoing work across subsequent plants Interested or know someone who could be a fit?
