An international organisation are working on a complex SAP HCM Payroll transformation and optimisation program in Italy. They require an SAP HCM Consultant to join them on a long-term payroll delivery and enhancement program. This role will focus on SAP HCM Italian Payroll solution design, configuration, compliance, and delivery across implementation and support projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage SAP HCM Italian Payroll solution design, configuration, and payroll process optimisation Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll integrations including TM and FI Support full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, payroll validation,



and go-live support Ensure compliance with Italian payroll legislation and support ongoing regulatory changes Mentor junior consultants and support delivery quality across payroll projects and services Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Italian Payroll Expertise working with payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll integrations Proven experience supporting payroll implementations and enhancement projects Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluent English and Italian language skills with the ability to work independently and within teams Contract Details: Duration: Long-term project and support programme Fully Remote If interested, please forward up to date resume and we would love to tell you more about it
