VM COORDINATORAt Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (VI) we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to be placed within our Visual Merchandising Department. The main focus of this role, who will report to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager, is to ensure that all regions execute global VM guidelines while adapting to local needs and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of global VM guidelines across USA,
Greater China & APAC and Distributors adapting to local market needs;
- Oversee window displays, in-store VM and seasonal styling with a strong focus on Hero Stores;
- Implement HQ directives and deliver seasonal VM training and onboarding;
- Conduct regional store visits for VM coaching and brand standard compliance;
- Partner closely with HQ teams (Merchandising, Go-to-Market, T&R;) for ongoing alignment;
- Manage VM feedback, reporting and StoreIQ task completion;
- Support store openings end-to-end (floor plans, VM tools, installation, photo standards);
- Oversee VM activities across the global franchise network;
- Coordinate HQ and local showroom setups (creative concept, layout, POP, installation);
- Provide global VM feedback post-showroom installations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising;
- Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail; understanding the importance of visual execution and s
