Build and grow your own market within the European flower trade while working with buyers and growers across multiple continents. About the Role At Florazu, we are looking for a B2 B Account Manager to help expand our presence in Italy and develop the market in this region. This is a remote freelance position, preferably based in Italy, from where you will be responsible for establishing and growing Florazu's presence. In this role, you will develop relationships with wholesale buyers, identify commercial opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle—from market prospecting to closing deals, sourcing products, and leading strategic account management. You will actively drive new business through direct outreach, networking, and relationship development, building your own portfolio of clients in the region. The flower trade is a fast-paced environment where commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and strong relationships are key to success. The role begins with an initial onboarding and training period in close collaboration with the team in Barcelona (remote or on-site).



Following this, you will independently manage your market and client relationships. About Florazu Florazu is an international flower marketplace connecting growers in Latin America and Africa with wholesale buyers across Europe. Our B2 B platform simplifies sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and payments, helping growers reach new markets while enabling buyers to efficiently source flowers from different regions. By combining technology with industry expertise, we streamline international flower trade and support long-term relationships between growers and buyers.
