We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to define, implement, and continuously improve the processes behind Astradyne's production of lightweight foldable solar panels. You will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing operations are structured, documented, and consistently executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the design and prototyping teams, translating technical knowledge into robust, repeatable processes, and collaborating with external suppliers and partners to maintain quality across the supply chain. Gross annual salary (RAL): €30.000 – €40.000 Key responsibilities: Define, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and assembly procedures for production of foldable solar panels. Establish and enforce quality control checkpoints throughout the production flow, ensuring output meets technical and dimensional specifications. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate product knowledge into structured, repeatable work instructions. Identify process inefficiencies, failure modes,



and bottlenecks; propose and implement continuous improvement actions. Maintain accurate and traceable production documentation, including process sheets, non-conformance reports, and bill of materials. Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors to ensure incoming materials and components meet quality and specification requirements. Contribute to DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews, flagging process risks early in the design phase. Support the continuous improvement and scalability of manufacturing operations in line with the company's growth. Essential qualifications: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, or quality role in a production environment.
