Construction Manager / Site Manager | Utility-Scale Solar Competitive Salary Sicily, Italy A leading European renewable energy business is seeking an experienced Site / Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar PV projects across Italy .The organisation is active in the development and delivery of renewable energy assets, with a strong pipeline of ground-mounted solar projects supporting large-scale decarbonisation across Europ e.As Site Manager, you wi ll: Analyse and control the project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitio ns. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to. Oversee subcontractors' installation work with site engineers, ensuring design accuracy quali ty. Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department for material deliveri es.



Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Procedur es. Ensure proper procedures and reporting for damages or accidents in collaboration with the HSE departme nt.Key Ski lls: Experience in utility-scale solar power pla nts. A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a p lus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); MS Project is a p lus. Excellent Italian and English Language ski lls.
