Your Role and ImpactAs Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.
You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
