Your missions?

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.

• Manage projects involving
Finance processes, systems and integrations
, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex and international environments.

• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.

• Ensure project activities comply with relevant
Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements
.

• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.

Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Finance,



Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least
5 years of experience in IT Project Management
, with proven experience managing
Finance-related projects
.

• Previous experience in
financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation
would be a plus.

• Experience with
system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects
.

• Fluent in
Italian and English
.

• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Work model

Hybrid position:
1 day per month in
Milan offices
.

• The position is also open to
freelance professionals
, with a daily rate in the range of
€250–€300/day
, depending on experience and expertise.
