For our New Diesel Outlet Store in Leccio, we are now recruiting Client Advisors (tempo parziale and full-time) for the whole team.

Key Responsibilities
- Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions - Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them - Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.- Prove
