You will supervise the pastry team, coach staff, and collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef Pastry & Bakery to meet menus and USPH standards.Responsibilities include forecasting, waste management, set-up of dessert displays, and maintaining uniforms and hygiene in line with company policy.
