Title: Junior Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of the projects, which they manage and support all members of the project team.
- Develop, in coordination with the Project Manager, operational activities required for the discharging of the services for Design Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Management, Change Management, Value Engineering, Risk Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Project Control, Document Control, Works Supervision and H&SE; Coordination.
- Manage relationships with specific project stakeholders following Project Manager’s guidance.
- Participate in inspections on construction sites.
- Attend meetings with public entities, and/or other project stakeholders.
- Prepare all necessary reports and Project Management documents.

Key requirements:

- High proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD




- Advanced BIM knowledge
- PMP certified (preferably)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications: Master of Science in Engineering or Architecture. Min. 5 years of experience as Junior Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, having project experience in logistics, offices, healthcare, public buildings, hospitality, industrial. Italian native speaker. Excellent English language proficiency (CEFR C1 level).
