Your missions include: /p h3Client Engagement: /h3 ul liWarmly welcome local and international customers entering the store, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. /li liBe customer-centric! Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style. /li liBuild and maintain lasting relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection. Track customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations. /li /ul h3Collection Presentation: /h3 ul liPresent the Dsquared2 collections with passion, sharing the brand story and its design elements. /li liGuide customers through our product range, highlighting the distinctive features of each item. /li liSupport the creation of engaging displays, ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment. /li liStay constantly updated on products, collections, and new deliveries. /li /ul h3Results-Oriented Culture:



/h3 ul liActively work to achieve and exceed sales targets defined by management. /li liIdentify additional sales opportunities by understanding customers’ specific needs. /li /ul h3Brand Elevation: /h3 ul liRepresent the brand image in line with luxury dress code and behavioral standards. /li liContribute to maintaining the boutique’s exclusive atmosphere through high visual merchandising standards. /li liStay up to date with the latest fashion and luxury industry trends. /li /ul h3Team Collaboration: /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation. /li liSupport the achievement of store sales targets. /li liAssist with stock activities, deliveries, and inventory management. /li liManage e-commerce marketplace orders following Store Manager guidelines. /li liComply with company policies and grooming standards. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 pbPrevious experience: /b 2-3 years in a similar role within luxury/fashion retail or highly customer-oriented environments. /p pbSoft skills: /b Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high ability to empathize with customers; purposeful approach; adaptability in a dynamic environment. /p pbLanguages: /b Excellent command of Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. /p pbIT skills: /b Good computer skills (Excel, Word); experience with CRM systems. /p pbPassion: /b We are looking for someone enthusiastic about fashion who wants to deeply understand the Dsquared2 identity.
