ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Group Accounting Manager – Consolidation Reporting to oversee and manage the financial consolidation and reporting activities at Group level. /p pThis role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across all international entities, while supporting both operational excellence and strategic decision-making. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreation, analysis and commenting of consolidated results as part of the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process /li liMaintenance of the consolidation system (SAP BPC) /li liPerform plausibility checks of monthly financial statements from international subsidiaries and consolidate figures at Group level /li liCoordinate planning processes including forecasts, budgets and mid-term planning from a consolidation perspective /li liPrepare reports for management and the Board of Directors /li liManage and further develop consolidation and reporting systems /li liPrepare and review annual financial statements (standalone and consolidated) /li liPrepare transfer pricing documentation /li liMaintain general ledger,



prepare journal entries and accounting schedules for the parent companies /li liReview accounts and tax returns /li liLiaise with external auditors /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liStrong experience in Group Accounting, Consolidation and Financial Reporting /li liSolid knowledge of closing processes and international accounting standards /li liExperience with consolidation tools (SAP BPC or similar) /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /li liAbility to work in an international environment and manage multiple stakeholders /li liStrong communication skills /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA key role within the Group Finance team /li liA dynamic, international and fast-paced working environment /li liThe opportunity to contribute to financial reporting and consolidation at Group level /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits package /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
