ph3BMS Project Manager /h3h3Milan - Data Centre Projects /h3p€50,000 - €60,000 + Yearly Premio + Healthcare + Pension /ppA growing building automation and controls company is expanding its presence across Europe and is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its team in Milan. The role will focus on the delivery of large-scale BMS and building automation projects within the data centre sector, working with major clients, contractors and engineering teams to deliver complex automation solutions from project award through to completion and handover. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong BMS/controls background who wants to work on technically challenging mission-critical projects while being part of a growing organisation with opportunities for long-term progression. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery of BMS and building automation projects. /liliManage projects from design and procurement through installation, commissioning and final handover. /liliAct as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors. /liliCoordinate BMS engineers, controls engineers, subcontractors and site teams. /liliManage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance. /liliReview project specifications, drawings, designs and technical documentation. /liliCoordinate BMS installation, panel manufacturing, controls integration and commissioning activities. /liliEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with client specifications,



programme and quality requirements. /liliManage project risks, variations, change orders and technical issues. /liliAttend client and project meetings and provide regular progress updates. /liliWork closely with engineering teams to resolve technical and design challenges. /liliOversee testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final project documentation. /liliEnsure compliance with relevant health safety, quality and data centre standards. /liliSupport the development of project processes and contribute to the company's continued growth across the European data centre market. /li /ulh3Desired Experience /h3ulliProven experience working as a BMS Project Manager, Controls Project Manager or Automation Project Manager. /liliStrong understanding of BMS, HVAC controls and building automation systems. /liliExperience delivering complex commercial, industrial or critical infrastructure projects. /liliData centre experience is highly desirable. /liliStrong project management and organisational skills. /liliExperience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams. /liliCommercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and variations. /liliAbility to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project documentation. /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships. /liliWillingness to travel to project sites when required. /liliFluent Italian and good English would be highly advantageous. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
