ph3What will be your mission? /h3 pAs Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will join Minor Hotels Europe Americas within the People Department based in Milan. In cooperation with Operations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to manage, coordinate and carry out recruitment and onboarding processes in Italy, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liCoordinate recruiting processes for hotels and central services profiles from collecting hiring managers’ needs, interviews, providing them short lists of qualified candidates /li liBuild a strong relationship with hiring managers, providing them regular updates and recruiting metrics and your expertise throughout hiring processes /li liProactively engage passive candidates, apply various recruiting techniques, networking and employee referrals. /li liThink of different ways to promote our open positions on different channels /li liCollaborate in the design of the Annual Talent Attraction Plan /li liEventually, leading the final stage of recruitment: making the offer to the finalist and negotiating it /li liYou will build relationships with schools and universities and participate to Employer Branding events to attract fresh young talents and spread our Group’s culture /li liFoster an amazing candidate experience /li liActively collaborate on a range of different HR projects /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul li2/3 years of recruiting in-house experience /li liExperience with high volume recruitment: CV screening, interviewing,



and preparing the shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers /li liGood communication skills in English both written and spoken. /li liExperience in presenting the company in different recruitment events, talent fairs would be a great plus /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursue creative solutions /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively /li liAbility to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, and hiring managers to ensure results /li liGreat team player and very collaborative /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pGross annual salary starting from 32K. /p pCompensantion will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills and level of seniority. /p h3Why choose us? /h3 pAtbMinor Hotels Europe Americas /bwe are committed to shaping exciting careers worldwide and cross-cultural experiences.
