This position leads a team of quality engineers and collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, manage change, and uphold customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver flawless product quality. /p h3Overview /h3 pRole and Responsibilities /p ul liLead the quality engineering team and coordinate product quality activities with internal departments and suppliers. /li liDrive a culture of quality and accountability across the plant. /li liEnsure alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Key Activities /h3 ul liQuick and autonomous decision-making to ensure product quality. /li liAbility to block production or commercialization in case of non-compliance. /li liRoot cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. /li liMonitoring quality indicators and managing warranty claims.
