At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity. /ph3YOUR MISSION: /h3pThe Junior Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Venice, with the ambition to grow with the Maison. /ppIf you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer. /ppYour mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company's directives. /ph3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3h3Sales performance customer service: /h3ulliContribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets; /liliAssist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards; /liliSupport in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge; /liliAdapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations; /liliAssist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience. /li /ulh3Stock management and merchandising:



/h3ulliProvide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; /liliActively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines; /liliAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays; /liliAssist in the inventory process, including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed; /liliAssist in completing price changes within the Boutique when required. /li /ulh3Boutique operations and cash management: /h3ulliSupport in sales transactions and to maintain proper cash records at the boutique's register; /liliAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices; /liliImplement discounts and gratuities under the supervision of the Boutique Manager; /liliComply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security. /li /ulh3Product knowledge sales techniques: /h3ulliMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; /liliMaster the brand's sales techniques as per training received; /liliAttendance to required training. /li /ulh3HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /h3p1 yr of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment. /ph3Personal Skills/Abilities: /h3ulliFluency in English is mandatory; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliConfidence in handling high-value transactions; /liliStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer (internal and external) priorities; /liliStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision; /liliSelf-starter with a team-player approach. /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER: /h3ulliCCNL Commercio /liliSalary Range (tempo pieno) 29,7K – 31K€ /liliCommission scheme /lili8 euro per Meal Voucher per working day /liliWelfare /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
