Every detail matters, and every aspect of our operations contributes to achieving success on and off the track. /ppWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Production Project Manager. The role is responsible for the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production. They ensure that technical solutions and processes agreed with all stakeholders meet technical, quality requirements and planning constraints. Additionally, they are in overall charge of defining the best feasible technical solutions and providing documentation and support to production departments. /ph3Production Project Management /h3ulliOversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. /liliWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility). /liliWork with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. /liliWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. /liliWork with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality. /liliCollaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers. /liliProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects.
