We’re seeking an energetic Store Manager with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences.

Your role

-

- Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.

- Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.

- Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.

- Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).





- Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.

- Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.

- Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.

What we’re looking for

-

- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.

- Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.

- Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.

- High level of English, comfortable with international customers.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.

- Energetic, growth-oriented attitude; a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
