ph3Quality Assurance Engineer (Milan Office / Remote) /h3 pAs a bQA Engineer /b, you will be the guardian of our software's reliability and security. Your primary mission is to ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and data integrity. You will collaborate closely with bfrontend and backend /b developers to build a brobust testing ecosystem /b, transforming complex requirements into comprehensive test strategies. We are looking for a proactive professional who doesn't just find bugs, but actively helps prevent them by suggesting improvements in the development lifecycle and advocating for a security-first approach in a cross-functional environment. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute bcomprehensive test plans /b, focusing on both the AI interface and internal tools. /li liDesign, maintain, and optimize bautomated test suites /b for frontend (UI/UX) and backend (API) components. /li liValidate bsecurity implementations /b such as XSS/CSRF protections, secure authentication flows, and data encryption standards. /li liLead the badoption of QA best practices /b, from unit testing guidance to end-to-end (E2E) automation, in collaboration with technical leadership. /li libDefine acceptable quality gates /b and key metrics to measure software quality, ensuring a balance between high standards and delivery velocity. /li liIdentify, document, and track defects, bworking closely with developers /b to ensure timely resolution and prevent regressions. /li liConduct load and bstress testing /b to ensure the scalability of our AI-driven solutions. /li liPartner with bEngineering and DevOps /b teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline and promote a "quality-first" culture.
