ph3Overview /h3pbNeopharmed Gentili SpA /b, an Italian pharmaceutical company undergoing international expansion, is looking for a bTreasury Support Specialist with tempo parziale contract /b. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pThe resource will be included within the Treasury Department and will report to the Treasury Manager. The resource will assist with the company's daily treasury activities within the department. /pulliAssist on managing and updating cash flow forecast; /liliHandling and updating daily cash flow actual; /liliHandling cash operations and banking transactions, including recording financial movements in the company ERP; /liliOversee the daily cash flow movements to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays; /liliHandling requests to/from the bank; /liliUndertake day to day treasury operations including bank account management, mandates,



online banking and annual KYC review; /liliAssist in the timely collection and submission of documentation requested by internal and external auditors; /liliProvide support to remote banking users; /liliHandling Corporate Credit Cards (new requests; cancellations; monthly corporate cards statements); /liliBank reconciliations; /liliLiaising with key internal stakeholders to support the monthly close processes; /liliOther projects and duties as assigned and deemed necessary. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDiploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; /lilibMinimum 2 years of experience /b in a Treasury Department; /lilibProficiency in English is a must /b; /liliExperience with multi-currency transactions; /liliKeen eye for detail, analytical with a questioning mindset and openness to process improvements; /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills; /liliExperienced in Microsoft Office, SAP and Remote Banking Systems. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliEmployment type: permanent bpart-time contract, /b six hours a day; /liliSmart Working: bone day /b a week; /liliCorporate Welfare. /li /ulh3Availability /h3pbAvailability of insertion: /b immediately. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
