OverviewWe are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join the Data Platform & AI Team at our HQ in Milan.Your ImpactThe Data Scientist will enhance the understanding and relationship with customers through analyses and models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CRM data, generating actionable insights for campaigns, loyalty, and omnichannel strategies.In particular, the resource will be responsible for:Design and execute descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on CRM data: segmentation, churn, propensity-to-buy, CLV, and campaign optimization.Prepare analytical datasets in BigQuery and Python notebooks for modeling and A/B testing.Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders (Power BI) with aligned KPI definitions.Collaborate with Data Engineering/DI for integration of historical data on GCP and modernization of BI on Microsoft Fabric.Monitor model performance (drift, retraining, explainability) and propose continuous improvements.QualificationsWho We Are Looking ForMain qualifications:Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).3/5 years of experience in data science, preferably in CRM, e-commerce, or retail.GCP:
