ppTo strengthen our Retail team, we are looking for a RetailProduct Specialist who will actively contribute to the further development of our Loacker Café concept. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Loacker product assortment in our Loacker Cafés, contributing to an inspiring customer experience while ensuring business performance and profitability. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and manage the full product assortment (FMCG gift products) in the Loacker Cafés /li liContribute to assortment strategy, pricing and promotional planning /li liDevelop merchandising concepts and ensure their implementation in stores /li liMonitor performance and margins, identifying optimization potentials /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations /li liSupport new product launches and communicate assortment changes to stakeholders /li liContribute to new store openings (assortment, first orders, retail input) /li liTrain Store Managers and shop staff, creating engaging product and selling stories /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration (focus on Marketing) or comparable qualification /li liAt least 3 years of experience in marketing or product management, ideally in FMCG (food industry is a plus) /li liStrong interest in brands,
