In this role you will analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, focusing on Salesforce-based systems within the European Commercial IT team.

You will collaborate with Italy and Spain partners and global IT, shaping how technology enables commercial growth.

You will configure, customize, and support Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality and security.

and validation rulesCreate and manage workflows and automationBuild and maintain reports and dashboardsManage data quality and perform data extracts, uploads, and migrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successProvide ongoing end-user support and stay current with Salesforce updatesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3-5 years of related experience with 1-2 years as Salesforce Administrator or related roleStrong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitationsExperience configuring and customizing xysqume Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows and automationSalesforce Administrator certification would be a plusUnderstanding of BI tools and concepts such as SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, ability to present complex conceptsMethodical time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentEnergetic and proactive attitude for learning
