You will ensure solutions are designed and delivered in line with established standards, governance frameworks and best-practice architecture principles.



/p pYou will play a key role in enabling organisational benefits through technology solutions, while driving the ongoing maturity of Seqwater’s Solution Architecture practice. Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you will identify efficiencies and improve delivery outcomes through the development of reusable solution artefacts, design patterns and architecture standards. /p pKey responsibilities: /p ul liLead Seqwater’s Solution Architecture practice, driving best practice and promoting the value of solution architecture across the organisation. /li liAct as the design authority for technology solutions, guiding architecture activities and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance. /li liDevelop and maintain solution architecture artefacts, standards and design patterns to improve consistency, integration and delivery outcomes. /li liPartner with business and technology stakeholders to shape strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver value. /li liLead and mentor the Solution Architecture team, overseeing capability development, resource planning and the quality of architectural deliverables. /li /ul h3About you /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will possess: /p ul liTertiary qualifications in technology, engineering, science, mathematics or a related discipline. /li liSignificant experience in Solution Architecture, with strong expertise across business,



information, application and technology domains. /li liProven experience developing solution architecture frameworks, artefacts, templates and structured models. /li liStrong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks and reference architectures. /li liDemonstrated leadership capability, with experience providing technical guidance and influencing outcomes across complex technology environments. /li liExceptional stakeholder engagement, consultation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. /li /ul pThis role will be offered on a full-time 2 year fixed term contract, with a competitive salary, plus 12.75% superannuation. /p pAppointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
