ph3Junior Operations Specialist (Milan Office / Hybrid) /h3 pA unique opportunity to gain exposure to both bclient-facing growth work /b and binternal operational processes /bwithin the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with internal teams. /li liMaintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops. /li liAssist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships. /li liLiaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved. /li liContribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency. /li liMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.
