Joining us means you will be part of a network that makes a real difference – for society and for the environment. /p /brpThe purpose of the position of Proposal Manager is to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of offers and prepare proposals from both technical and cost perspectives, with a focus on the customization of standard products. This involves ensuring that the proposals meet customer needs while also considering the technical and financial implications of any customizations or deviations from standard offerings. /p /brh3Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliFormulate technical-economic estimates that meet customer requests while preserving and enhancing product know-how. /li /br /ul /brh3Tasks and Duties: /h3 /brul /brliWith the support of the Technical Unit (UT) and specialized functions, define the technical and project solution that meets customer requests, especially when deviations from standard supply are required, and determine costs and pricing. /li /brliAssist in preparing offers for particularly complex requests and in defining and understanding customer requirements. /li /brliSupport the Commercial areas in preliminary activities related to offers, particularly in estimating costs for modifications/customizations to standard products.



/li /brliAnalyze tenders/RFQs and manage activities related to responding to customer requests. /li /brliConduct comparative evaluations between different applicable technologies and/or different suppliers for the same technological solution. /li /brliManage and execute activities necessary for preparing the project, technical, and economic proposals requested by the customer (tender), including drafting or gathering all documentation to support the proposal or requested by the customer. /li /brliMaintain relationships with relevant customers, especially in gathering information and potentially presenting proposed solutions. /li /brliInteract with suppliers to request technical-economic offers for components, products, or technologies. /li /brliDeepen the study of applications and product positioning in relation to other technologies and competitors' proposals. /li /brliDegree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical), Chemical Technician, Mechanical/Industrial Technician. /li /brliSpecific knowledge of wastewater and its treatability. /li /brliTechnical knowledge of components, machinery engineering, and plants. /li /brliAbility to understand the needs of customers (both internal and external). /li /brliAnalytical skills, data reprocessing/correlation, and synthesis. /li /brliContinuous technological updating. /li /brliProficiency in Office Suite, Google Suite /li /brliProficiency in AS400/Latis, 3D Viewer (Creo), and AutoCAD (as a plus). /li /br /ul /brh3Languages: /h3 /brul /brliFluent in Italian and in English /li /br /ul /brh3Soft Skills: /h3 /brul /brliGood relational skills. /li /brliPrecision and accuracy. /li /brliGood programming and organizational skills. /li /brliAbility to manage multiple requests simultaneously. /li /br /ul /brpAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination /p /brpAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
