ppPharma Point is managing the search for a bValue Access Director – Italy /b on behalf of a rare disease company. /ppThis is a strategic leadership position within the Market Access function, responsible for developing and executing the Market Access strategy for Italy, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement and patient access following marketing authorization. /ph3Role Purpose /h3pThe Value Access Director will engage early with key healthcare stakeholders — including government bodies, regulatory authorities, national pricing and reimbursement committees, technology assessment groups and insurance providers — to increase awareness of company’s brands and demonstrate their value for patients. /ppThe role includes responsibility for institutional and government affairs strategy in Italy and active participation inside the Italian affiliate, contributing to overall business direction and strategic planning. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop the Italian Market Access strategy in alignment with the Cluster Value Access Director and CGM /liliLead the development and implementation of value access initiatives, including annual planning, field training,



customer materials and pull-through programs /liliContribute to strategic decision-making through participation in the Italian Executive Committee /liliCollaborate with Global Market Access and Business Unit Managers to recommend pricing strategies based on quantitative and qualitative research /liliCoordinate and develop the institutional and government affairs strategy for Italy /liliEnsure optimal pricing, reimbursement status and formulary positioning at national and regional level /liliLead and develop the regional Market Access team /liliEnsure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, codes and corporate governance standards /li /ulh3Profile Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology) or Economics; post-graduate qualification in business, public relations or market access is desirable /lili5–8+ years of experience in management roles within the pharmaceutical industry /liliProven experience in developing and implementing national Market Access strategies /liliHealth Economics background /liliDemonstrated experience engaging stakeholders on healthcare policy issues /liliStrong knowledge of reimbursement processes and healthcare regulations at national and regional level /liliAdvanced negotiation and project management skills /liliProficiency in English /liliAvailability for regional and international travel /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
