You will support security audits, will manage the incident management and risk management processes. We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional with a strong understanding of IT security technologies, risk management principles and practices, capable of contributing to maintaining a robust company information security posture compliant with relevant regulations and standards. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pb1.IT Strategy and Framework: /bbr/- Participate in the design and implementation phases of the IT strategy and operating framework.br/b2. Advanced Security Solutions Support: /bbr/- Provide advanced support in designing security solutions and architectures.br/b3. Policy and Architecture Evolution: /bbr/- Assist in evolving the IT security architecture and related policies.br/- Ensure the management and monitoring of IT security requirements.br/b4. Governance and Standards: /bbr/- Support governance efforts to set and enforce standards for IT security.br/b5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: /bbr/- Support in translating legal and regulatory requirements into information security requirements.br/- Support the DPO in GDPR compliance activities.br/b6.
Data Security Implementation: /bbr/- Implement technical and procedural measures to ensure data security.br/b7. Audit Coordination: /bbr/- Support internal and external auditing activities for compliance.br/b8. Vulnerability Management: /bbr/- Manage periodic Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.br/- Define and oversee remediation activities.br/b9. Incident Management: /bbr/- Manage and report IT security incidents.br/- Collaborate with the DPO for personal data breaches.br/b10. Risk Management: /bbr/- Adopt and support a structured risk management process for projects and IT activities. /p h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering /p pMaster’s Degree in Cyber Security /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ulli5 years of experience in IT security support or a similar role. /liliExperience in supporting the design and implementation of security architectures and policies. /liliGood knowledge of IT security technologies, tools, and best practices. /liliFamiliarity with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident management. /liliFamiliarity with Risk Assessment Processes /liliUnderstanding of GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2 and other relevant data protection regulations. /liliAbility to support translating regulatory requirements into security policies and procedures. /liliSoft Leadership skills, with the ability to independently manage projects and stakeholder relationships adeptly.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€55,000 /b and b€65,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
