You will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with a highly skilled team to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities while ensuring alignment with our firm’s ESG investment objectives and values.br/ /ppKey Responsibilities:br/ /pulliInvestment Strategy:br/ulliDevelop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure equity in Milan, Italy.br/ /liliDefine investment criteria and parameters, including asset types, sectors, and risk profiles.br/ /liliIdentify and assess market trends and opportunities for infrastructure investments.br/ /li /ul /liliDevelop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure equity in Milan, Italy. /liliDeal Origination and Execution:br/ulliSource, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on potential infrastructure investment opportunities.br/ /liliLead negotiations, structuring, and execution of equity investments.br/ /liliCollaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure successful deal closure.br/ /li /ul /liliSource, evaluate,
