In Italy, the firm's investment focus is primarily on office, logistics, and residential asset classes.OffertaDevelop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysisProactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assetsOptimise the letting within the managed portfolioMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIsIdentify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trendsLead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectivesAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulationsProactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolioReview and challenge valuationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g.,
