Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. /p h3Collaborate with the best /h3 pAs Engineering Senior Specialist - Customer Application Engineering, with Reciprocating Compressor Application, you will be responsible for: /p ul liLeading the preparation and management of technical proposal relevant to Reciprocating Compressor applications with a critical approach to maximize value proposition for Customer. /li liLeading the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing Customer towards Baker Hughes solutions. /li liTaking care of the estimation/accuracy of the budget associated with the proposed solution. /li liPreparing, within the required timeline, the most compelling technical proposal at first submission. /li liApplying product and quality policies, addressing, and mitigating any residual risk as per Baker Hughes procedures. /li liLeading the technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meeting/presentation with Customer. /li liHanding over the technical contract to execution team in case of award in the smoothest way achievable. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will /p ul liHave a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.



/li liHave experience in Engineering, Application Engineering, Product management, Customer Service, or equivalent technical role for at least 5 years. /li liBe fluent in English (spoken and written) with good communication skills. /li liHave a willingness to work on stretched deadlines with flexible time management. /li liAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously with solid time management. /li liBe available to travel at short notice. /li liEffective problem identification and solution skills. /li liCapability to work in team and ability to take decisions independently. /li liBe very open to work in multicultural teams and be open-minded. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
