and end users /li liDrive bid/no‑bid decisions and manage pre‑specified and non‑specified projects, protecting and converting specifications in line with Eaton strategy /li liCoordinate closely with internal teams (Quotation Factory, Specification Engineering, Application Engineering, Engineering Back Office) to deliver spec‑compliant, commercially viable solutions /li liOwn pipeline, quoting, and commercial management, ensuring favorable RFQs, preferred panel builders, and value optimization across project outcomes /li liExpand market impact by identifying cross‑selling opportunities, steering projects to relevant Eaton channels, conducting business reviews, and representing Eaton through industry events and professional networking /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA high school diploma with relevant job‑related training or hands‑on experience, or a post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related technical field. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Commercial and Institutional (CI) building projects, with solid understanding of project environments and execution phases. /li liPrior experience in life safety solutions, such as Emergency Lighting and/or Fire Systems, within building projects is required. /li liProven ability to work with and maintain strong relationships with major installers and contractors within the assigned region. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrategic, analytical, and results‑driven professional with strong accountability, ethics, communication, stakeholder management, objection handling, and customer‑focused problem‑solving skills. /li liDigitally competent and commercially oriented, with experience using DIALux,
