ppAt GEA, we don't just fill positions, we build teams that drive innovation and business success. /p pWe are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruiting Operations team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our businesses across Italy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple searches, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in an international environment. /p pReporting to the Regional Lead Recruiting Operations EMEA, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, People Partners and colleagues across Europe to attract and hire top talent. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Italy, from intake meeting to offer stage. /li /ul pTypically manage a portfolio of approximately 30-35 open requisitions across different business functions and levels. /p ul liPartner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies. /li liSource and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other sourcing channels. /li liCreate engaging job advertisements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. /li liConduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination. /li liBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /li liSupport employer branding initiatives, career events and recruitment marketing activities. /li liUse Workday and recruiting technologies to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy. /li liProvide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring stakeholders. /li liContribute to process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices across the EMEA region. /li liSupport recruitment activities in other European countries when required. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.



/li liExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. /li liConfidence in partnering with Hiring Managers and providing recruitment advice. /li liStrong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. /li liExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liA proactive, solutions-oriented and customer-focused mindset. /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team. /li liExperience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li liAdditional European languages are a plus. /li /ul h3What makes you successful /h3 pYou are a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can balance quality, speed and stakeholder expectations.
