ppThe bGroup Data Artificial Intelligence and Automation Solutions /b function is in charge of driving the execution of key Artificial Intelligence projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions to support the Generali growth. The function is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a library of central shared analytics / automation services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, algorithms, and methodologies, available for the BUs through a central platform. /p pWithin this organization, the bAI and Generative AI Development /b Unit is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. /p pYour mission as an bAI Developer and Engineer - Team Lead /b is to build reliable, optimized, and maintainable AI systems, including traditional machine learning models, deep learning architectures, computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs). /p ul liLead the design and development of end-to-end projects. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines and ensure appropriate staffing to meet business requirements. /li liLead project implementation from proof of concept (PoC) through full development life cycle. /li liEstablish and enforce best practices (code standards, MLOps, dataset versioning, etc.) to guarantee scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions across all deployments, acting as a reference point at unit level. /li liManage and mentor a team of AI developers, fostering skill development, performance excellence, and a collaborative work environment. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liMaster’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. /li liSolid background in AI / ML engineering and Process automation algorithms. /li liGood knowledge of written and spoken English. /li li5+ years of experience. /li liProven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions (ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs). /li liStrong knowledge of Agentic Development.
/li liExperience with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring). /li liPractical and theoretical knowledge of at least one cloud platform. /li liUnderstanding of data engineering principles and scalable architectures. /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. /li liStrong communication skills to bridge Data Science and Engineering teams. /li liAbility to define best practices and ensure code quality across projects. /li liProblem-solving mindset and capacity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. /li liAbility to plan and track the activity AI Teams (Confluence and Jira) /li /ul h3Preferred: /h3 ul liExperience with statistical / ML models /li /ul h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 pWe offer employment at the Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between € 56k and € 70k.
