ph3ABOUT THE JOB: /h3 pThe Sr Field Service Technician must have experience in a manufacturing sector and be able to perform mechanical, electrical, and preferably electronic interventions on complex automated industrial systems. They act as an interface with the customer for on-site activities and are responsible for ensuring excellent service in terms of punctuality, precision, and effectiveness. They carry out periodic calibration plans and scheduled visits at customer sites. They must be available for urgent interventions when necessary. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liPerform post-installation assistance on very complex automatic machines at customer sites.



/li liStrong ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/electronic faults and install related components to resolve issues. /li liAbility to use measuring tools for verification and calibration. /li liCompetence in performing small/medium installations of additional plant components. /li liWillingness to travel frequently within the United States, either alone or in a team. /li liParticipate in problem analysis and contribute to defining action plans. /li liContribute to continuous improvement through accurate data collection and intervention analysis. /li /ul h3SUPERVISORY RESPONSABILITY: /h3 pNone /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
