We’re thrilled to introduce a key role within our Legal and Contracts Department that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Italy and other EU countries. Let’s dive right in: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liNegotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions. /li liSupport contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts. /li liReview, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms Conditions and non-disclosure agreements. /li liIdentify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues. /li liPrepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients. /li liCreate comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives. /li liNegotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.



/li liEnsure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Law or a relevant Business-related qualification. /li liAt least 3-5 years of experience in the PV, Energy Storage, or Construction industry. /li liStrong commercial focus with a sound knowledge of contract law and proven drafting ability. /li liDemonstrated experience working within a Contracts or Legal department. /li liExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain legal concepts to a non-legal audience. /li liPro-active approach to problem-solving, capable of constructive challenge and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels. /li liDetail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, accustomed to report writing and presenting. /li liItalian and English C1; Chinese language skills are an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
