You'll join our Grant & Project Management team and work alongside industry experts, with the goal of growing into an integral part of the team.
During the internship, you'll have the opportunity to experience firsthand the entire life cycle of a funded project: from opportunity identification to operational management, all the way to final reporting.
What will you do?
You will support the research and analysis of funding opportunities (European, national and regional calls) relevant to 3Bee's activities.
You will contribute to the drafting of grants and project proposals, learning to structure technical and narrative content in line with the requirements of the calls for proposals.
You will support the team in the operational management of ongoing funded projects, supporting the monitoring of activities and results.
You will participate in maintaining relationships with project partners and consortia, supporting coordination and communication activities.
You will contribute to the identification of new project opportunities and the initiation of contacts with potential partners and stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a curious, precise, and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (obtained or in progress) in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Management Engineering or Environmental/Natural Sciences.
Genuine interest in European planning and funding research.
At least some initial experience in writing grants or project proposals (including in an academic setting: theses, laboratories, university activities).
Excellent command of written Italian and professional English (B2/C1 or higher).
Ability to organize work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Attention to detail and good summary and written communication skills.
It will be a plus
Knowledge of the main European funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE, PNRR).
Previous experience in research, innovation management or consultancy contexts.
Familiarity with issues related to sustainability, biodiversity or technology.
