while ensuring and developing their professional capabilities;Collaborate with senior management to ensure the proper application of the Employee Charter principles;Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's occupational health service, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations;Manage change management processes at plant level (reorganizations, operational transformations, new organizational models);Support the implementation of new organizational structures and competency frameworks;Ensure effective management of industrial relations and legal matters, including any disputes, fostering continuous improvement of the company climate;Promote positive and inclusive company culture, enhancing internal communication and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction;Coordinate and develop the plant HR team, ensuring service effectiveness and efficiency.Competenze ed esperienza Job Requirements:Degree in Law or Humanities, with a specialization in Human Resources;Knowledge of labor law and industrial relations (mandatory);Experience in manufacturing/production plant environments (preferred);Experience in reorganization and change management processes;Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data analysis tools;Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
