/li /brliRespond to incidents and perform troubleshooting /li /brliMaintain accurate documentation and asset tracking /li /brliCollaborate with engineering and operations teams /li /brliParticipate in capacity planning and upgrades /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brli3+ years data center operations experience /li /brliExpert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber) /li /brliStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities /li /brliExperience with rack and stack operations /li /brliUnderstanding of power distribution and UPS systems /li /brliExcellent documentation and communication skills /li /brliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments /li /brliData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) – preferred /li /brliVendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) – preferred /li /brliNetwork certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) – preferred /li /brliExperience with DCIM platforms – preferred /li /brliKnowledge of ITIL practices – preferred /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
