ph3Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation Executive Role Overview for EMEA Leadership /h3 pThe Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the regional deployment of Kinaxis Maestro across EMEA plants and business units. The role acts as the bridge between the Global Program, EMEA Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful adoption of standardized planning processes and realization of business benefits. The position owns program governance, deployment execution, organizational readiness, change management, and value delivery, supporting improvements in service levels, inventory performance, planning productivity, and overall supply chain maturity. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation will lead the end-to-end EMEA deployment of Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring alignment with global program objectives while driving regional execution, process standardization, user adoption, and sustainable business results. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead EMEA Kinaxis Maestro deployment roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and resource planning. /li liDrive standardization of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, SIOP/IBP, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, and Materials Planning processes. /li liCoordinate deployment activities across plants, business units, IT teams, and implementation partners. /li liLead change management, training, communication, and organizational readiness activities. /li liEnsure master data readiness, testing execution, ERP integration alignment, and go-live preparation. /li liDrive post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement. /liliMeasure and deliver business value through KPI improvements. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor degree in Supply Chain,



Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field. /li li8–12+ years of Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Transformation leadership experience. /li li5+ years leading large cross-functional programs. /li liExperience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle APS, or similar planning platforms. /li liExperience in manufacturing and multi-site environments. /li /ul h3Time Travel Needed /h3 ul li50% /li /ul h3Employee Perks, Benefits /h3 ul liWorking in a professional and international team, /li liAnnual Wage Increase, /li liChristmas bonus 100% of the basic salary, /li liWorking leave for regeneration with wage compensation – 10 days, /li liFood allowance in excess of the law, /li liFlexible working hours, /li li7.5 hours of working time, /li liReferral premio, /li liand other benefits within the social program (contributions for blood donations, contributions for work and life anniversaries). /li /ul pThe anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between €44 394 to € 55 493 gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction.
