hygiene and sanitation standards. /li liCollaborate with management on menu development, culinary concepts and special events. /li liEnsure every dish meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation and execution. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li8+ years of professional culinary experience preferred. /li liProven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy is highly preferred. /li liStrong background in Italianfine dining / luxury hospitality. /li liDeep knowledge of regional Italiancuisine and traditional cooking techniques. /li liExperience leading or supervising a professional kitchen team. /li liStrong understanding of food costing, menu planning and kitchen operations. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li liWillingness to relocate to New York, USA. /li /ul h3Preferred Profile /h3 pWe are particularly interested in chefs who have worked with Michelin-starred restaurants, Michelin Guide–recognized establishments, luxury hotels or prestigious fine-dining restaurants in Italy. /p pItaliannationality and current/previous professional experience in Italy are strongly preferred. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
