You lead technical development across the product lifecycle — from design solutions to testing, validation, and production readiness. /ppThis role is practical, collaborative, and impactful, with opportunities to influence product decisions and work directly with customers and suppliers. /ph3Core Responsibilities /h3pYou will be independently responsible within the electrical department reporting to the Product engineering Department (Dpt.) for developing electrical components (mainly wire-harness)



from the quotation phase to series production in the complete seat system and you will be integrated into our project teams and work closely with departments such as Structure, Foam, Trim, CAD, Testing, Prototype Building, FMEA and assembly plants. You will work closely as well with suppliers and final customers. Main responsibilities are the followings: /pulliLead technical development of electrical components (mainly wire-harness) /liliTranslate customer specifications into reliable and compliant solutions /liliCoordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams /liliSupport testing, analysis, and design reviews /liliManage engineering changes and technical documentation /liliWork with suppliers and customer to ensure product and process readiness /liliParticipate in continuous improvement activities /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliTechnical degree and technical background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics with basis of Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering /liliAt least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry /liliAbility to read technical drawings such as wiring diagrams, system, or dimensional drawings /liliAbility to build wire harness prototypes /liliExperience with vehicle bus systems like CAN LIN /liliKnowledge of Product Life Cycle and DFMEA, PFMEA, DFA/DFM is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office, PLM, Cad SW /liliGood command of English, fluent Italian /liliHigh motivation, flexibility, goal orientation, and reliability /liliWork effectively in cross-functional teams Analytical, structured, and independent working style /liliHands‑on approach and ability to manage multi‑stakeholder activities /liliStrong analytical mindset, problem solving, and organization skills /liliConfidence working with technical specifications and test data /liliAvailability to travel /li /ulh3Why Lear Grugliasco /h3pWork on real automotive products used globally /ppConnect with global teams and customers /ppGrowth opportunities in engineering and product leadership /ppCollaborative, hands‑on environment /ppExposure to advanced development processes and tools /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
