Having bautomation /b and bdata-driven /b as part of our DNA, we are building attractive hospitality solutions to bring a unique experience to our guests. /p h3The great things you will do /h3 h3Back Office Area /h3 ul liCoordinate, supervise, and audit the work of the cleaning company, ensuring Líbere standards and task completion times are met to avoid delays for customer check‑ins. /li liIdentify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring they are reported and resolved promptly. /li liOversee and track pending operational or maintenance issues to guarantee swift resolutions, either through internal staff or by coordinating with external companies. /li /ul h3Administrative Area /h3 ul liManage stock orders and requests, ensuring every site is fully supplied with the necessary items and products for operations. /li liSafeguard lost and found items. /li liReview and submit supplier invoices for payment. /li liHandle purchases and request quotes. /li liManage and control laundry and amenities orders required for daily operations. /li /ul h3Customer Service Area /h3 ul liThe customer is at the heart of all operations. Working in the same building,



we are responsible for making their experience unforgettable. A happy customer is sure to return! :) /li liCustomer Service (in person, online, by phone): Welcome guests and assist them with whatever they need—check‑in, city information, use of spaces, etc. /li liServe as the primary point of contact between the Operations team and the guest, ensuring clear and effective communication. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liExperience in operational or coordination roles within the hospitality or service industry. /li liExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. /li liExperience managing maintenance, stock orders, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. /li liA flexible, open‑minded, positive, conciliatory, and customer‑service‑oriented individual.
