Your role
We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL, Italy).
As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent.
Main responsibilities
HR Analytics;
Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs;
CV Screening and keeping relationship with work agency
Scheduling of training activities for blu collar;
Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.

You have at least 0-1 years of experience
